*The settlement was comprised of cash and non-cash concessions by the PBM.

On behalf of our class of more than 3,000 compounding pharmacies across the United States, we obtained a multi-million dollar settlement in a class action arbitration against one of the nation’s largest Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBM), as a result of the PBM’s audit abuse practices.  In addition to monetary compensation, the settlement required the PBM to forgive certain debts owed by our pharmacy clients to it, and required the PBM to adopt certain business initiatives to make its audit process more transparent and predictable.
